All Firebird products are designed using the latest CAD-CAM technology. All of our products are designed to ensure robust performance over a long lifespan and are rigourously tested before being launch. Efficiency testing of our boilers to European standards is carried out a Gastec UK's certified laboratory and our oil condensing boilers are amongst the top performing boilers on the market.

Down through the years Firebird has enjoyed a string of industry firsts, including the first SEDBUK Band A rated Combi boiler.

We employ the latest CAD/CAM technology to design and program all component parts. Several high-speed TRUMPF punching machines allow us to fabricate a variety of high-quality sheet metal components. In recent years we have transformed our welding, folding and painting operations into fully automated systems using the state-of-the-art ABB robotic technology.
